In-depth Data Capture

  • Having personable, dynamic and empathetic conversations with contacts will usually result in contacts opening up more.

  • When contacts aren't having scripted questions thrown at them they will typcailly stay on calls longer and provide more detailed information with expanded context

  • When contacts can tell a Caller is listening to them and the Caller's questions are part of a more personalized conversation contacts are more likely to remain on the call to answer all the questions.

  • If a Caller needs to have subsequent follow-up calls with a Contact, after the initial telephone call, this will usually be more acceptable to a contact if there is a repore established.
